Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates through innovative digital sourcing and executive networking strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume technical and healthcare roles
- Develop deep client partnerships to understand evolving talent needs
- Leverage ATS platforms to optimize candidate pipelines and reporting
- Lead recruitment marketing initiatives including job fairs and employer branding campaigns
- Maintain 95% fill rate on critical positions with 2-week SLAs
Qualifications
- 5+ years in agency/staffing recruitment with proven technical or healthcare specialization
- Expertise in Boolean/X-Ray sourcing and CRM/ATS systems (Greenhouse, Bullhorn)
- Track record of placing 50+ candidates annually with 90%+ client satisfaction
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with executive presence
- Valid Arizona driver's license for client site visits
