Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 15-20 key clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Exceed quarterly placement targets while maintaining 95% client satisfaction metrics
- Leverage Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive talent
- Present market insights and salary benchmark reports to clients
- Mentor junior recruiters on negotiation techniques and compliance protocols
- Optimize recruitment funnel through data-driven performance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of agency/corporate recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong knowledge of Arizona's labor market and industry regulations
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with C-level stakeholders
- Professional Recruiter (PR) or Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification preferred
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and data visualization tools
