Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for diverse client portfolio including Fortune 500 companies
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean logic and niche job boards
- Manage candidate relationships through personalized communication and interview coordination
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic talent acquisition recommendations
- Collaborate with sales team to expand client relationships and service offerings
- Implement ATS best practices to optimize recruitment workflows
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery
Qualifications
- 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record placing candidates in technical, healthcare, or logistics roles
- Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification highly desirable
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach to recruitment metrics and reporting
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
