Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans for high-demand positions in PA
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and referrals
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments using competency-based frameworks
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from offer negotiation to onboarding coordination
- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to optimize recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in agency or corporate settings
- Proven track record of closing high-volume technical and professional roles
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry events
- Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania's labor market and industry-specific talent pools
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in recruitment tools like Bullhorn, Greenhouse, or Workday
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments with multiple priorities
