Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for mid-to-senior level roles across multiple industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives.
- Source and screen qualified candidates using various channels including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking.
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess cultural fit and technical skills.
- Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate offers and ensure successful placements.
- Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking data to clients.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline and ensure 100% compliance with company policies and EEO guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales within a high-volume environment.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement quotas and revenue targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
