Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen high-caliber candidates for urgent executive and technical roles
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Develop strategic partnerships with 15+ key clients across diverse industries
- Optimize recruitment funnel using our AI-powered Applicant Tracking System
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Meet/exceed quarterly KPIs: 15 placements/month, 90% client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 5+ years agency/corporate recruitment experience with tech/entertainment focus
- Proven track record of 50+ placements/year in high-volume environments
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms
- Strong negotiation skills and executive-level communication abilities
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
