Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions across healthcare, IT, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and company cultures
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to ensure perfect role matches
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from job postings to offer negotiations and onboarding support
- Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) to track candidate pipelines and compliance metrics
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and industry networking
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job descriptions and employer branding campaigns
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience with proven track record of placements
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, closing, and onboarding
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate assessment tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong understanding of Cleveland's job market and key industry sectors
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Ability to manage high-volume requisitions while maintaining candidate quality standards
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs
