Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for diverse client portfolio across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn, niche job boards, and industry events
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and technical evaluations for specialized roles
- Build and maintain strategic client relationships through quarterly business reviews
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to optimize placement efficiency
- Mentor junior recruiters on agency best practices and compliance standards
- Lead employer branding initiatives for key client partnerships
Qualifications
- 5+ years agency staffing/recruitment experience with technical/specialized placements
- Proven track record of exceeding KPIs in volume recruitment environments
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn) and CRM expertise
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills for high-value placements
- Deep knowledge of Virginia Beach's talent market and industry clusters
- Strong analytical abilities with recruitment metrics reporting experience
