Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from screening to offer negotiation
- Develop deep client partnerships to understand evolving hiring needs
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and KPIs
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal performance targets
- Represent Phoenix Talent Solutions at industry networking events
Qualifications
- 5+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record meeting and exceeding placement metrics
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong knowledge of Phoenix's talent market and key employers
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
