Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for permanent placements in Memphis' key industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Develop and maintain client relationships with 15-20 active hiring partners
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM tools to track recruitment metrics
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends in the Memphis region
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job postings and employer branding content
- Maintain 90%+ candidate satisfaction rate through exceptional communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with staffing agency or corporate talent acquisition
- Proven track record of placing 50+ candidates annually in competitive markets
- Expert knowledge of Memphis' talent landscape including major employers like FedEx, St. Jude, and AutoZone
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) and social recruiting tools
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close high-value placements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SPC or CIPD certification preferred
- Valid Tennessee driver's license for occasional client meetings
