- Conduct advanced behavioral interviews and skills assessments aligned with client culture

Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in Las Vegas market

- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with executive-level candidates
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
