Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across technical, administrative, and healthcare sectors
- Develop strategic client partnerships through consultative needs assessment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Optimize recruitment workflows using our proprietary ATS and CRM systems
- Analyze market trends to position ProStaff as a staffing industry leader
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct agency or corporate recruiting experience
- Proven track record of placing 50+ candidates annually
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a KPI-driven, commission-based structure
