Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across Columbus
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using ATS and social platforms
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments
- Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
- Deep knowledge of Columbus's job market and industries
