Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for permanent and contract positions across IT, finance, healthcare, and engineering sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs and business objectives
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, candidate interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination
- Utilize ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) to track candidates and optimize recruitment workflows
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic staffing solutions and competitive compensation guidance
- Maintain 25+ active job orders while achieving monthly placement targets
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding campaigns and talent attraction strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with proven track record of placements
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Strong knowledge of Charlotte's talent market and key industry sectors
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- SHRM-CP or CSP certification a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
