Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and direct-hire roles across IT, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies and networking
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments to ensure perfect client-candidate matches
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, interviews, offers, onboarding, and follow-ups
- Develop deep client relationships through regular communication and market trend analysis
- Leverage applicant tracking systems and social media platforms to maximize candidate reach
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekly/monthly placement KPIs and revenue targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruiting experience with proven track record of placements
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment across multiple industries (IT, finance, healthcare preferred)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- Strong understanding of Raleigh-Durham job market and talent landscape
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- ATS certification (SHRM-SCP or CSCP) a plus
