Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for high-demand roles in IT, healthcare, and finance
- Develop strategic sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and niche job boards
- Build and maintain relationships with 15+ key clients monthly
- Lead candidate assessment processes including technical screenings and behavioral interviews
- Drive contract-to-hire conversions through personalized engagement strategies
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication
- Mentor junior recruiters on ATS optimization and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years in corporate/staffing recruitment with tech/healthcare focus
- Proven track record of 50+ placements annually
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) and CRM tools
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license for client meetings
