Responsibilities
- Source and recruit top-tier candidates for diverse industries including tech, finance, and healthcare
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, and closing critical roles
- Develop deep client relationships to understand evolving talent needs
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies leveraging AI and traditional channels
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and track KPIs in our ATS
- Lead employer branding initiatives to position clients as talent magnets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume corporate or agency recruiting experience
- Proven success closing hard-to-fill roles in competitive markets
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- PHR/SPHR certification or equivalent HR credentials preferred
- Track record of exceeding recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance)
- Deep understanding of Philadelphia's talent landscape
