Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier talent across IT, healthcare, and engineering sectors using Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ concurrent client positions with 95% fill rate target
- Develop strategic client partnerships through weekly business reviews and pipeline forecasting
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies using ATS analytics to optimize time-to-fill metrics
- Mentor junior recruiters on compliance protocols and DEI best practices in talent acquisition
- Execute targeted recruitment campaigns for hard-to-fill technical and executive roles
- Drive candidate experience initiatives resulting in 90%+ offer acceptance rates
Qualifications
- 5+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with technical or healthcare focus
- Proven track record of placing 50+ candidates annually with 85%+ retention rates
- Expert-level proficiency in Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or other enterprise ATS platforms
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Strong understanding of EEOC guidelines and OFCCP compliance requirements
- Exceptional negotiation skills with documented $500K+ annual contract placements
- Memphis market knowledge with established local professional network
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
