Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including hospitality, healthcare, and technology
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through creative sourcing strategies and networking
- Develop strong client relationships by understanding business needs and delivering tailored staffing solutions
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights on talent availability and compensation benchmarks
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS while ensuring compliance with recruitment regulations
- Mentor junior recruiters to foster team excellence and professional development
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume recruitment experience with proven track record in agency or corporate environments
- Expertise in passive candidate sourcing and advanced Boolean search techniques
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated success in closing high-value placements
- Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite) and recruitment analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Valid Nevada Staffing Agency License or willingness to obtain immediately
- Proven ability to meet/exceed KPIs including fill rates and client satisfaction metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
