Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across IT, finance, healthcare, and engineering sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to placement negotiation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand talent needs
- Leverage ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter to build robust talent pipelines
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to ensure candidate-job fit
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on competitive compensation strategies
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical/staffing recruitment experience in Illinois market
- Proven track record of placing 50+ candidates annually
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn)
- Strong network of passive candidates across key industries
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to thrive in a commission-driven environment
- Valid Illinois driver's license with reliable transportation
