Responsibilities
- Source and qualify passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume technical and executive roles
- Develop client relationships and provide market intelligence on compensation trends
- Optimize applicant tracking system workflows and candidate experience
- Mentor junior recruiters and implement best practices across the team
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire ratios
- Coordinate with HR departments on compliance and onboarding processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years in agency corporate recruitment with proven track record in CA market
- Expertise in recruiting for IT, healthcare, or finance verticals
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent requisitions simultaneously
- Knowledge of California employment laws and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
