Qualifications
- 5+ years technical or executive recruiting experience in Baltimore market
- Proven track record placing 50+ candidates annually across diverse industries
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
