Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier talent across multiple industries using advanced Boolean search techniques
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from client intake to offer negotiation
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 50+ corporate clients in Chicagoland
- Leverage our proprietary ATS to track KPIs and optimize conversion rates
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices in compliance and candidate experience
- Drive innovation in recruitment strategies using market analytics and trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years in agency or corporate recruitment with proven placement success
- Expertise in Illinois labor laws and EEOC compliance requirements
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn ATS platforms
- Exceptional negotiation skills with $1M+ annual placement volume
- Strong network of technical and professional talent in Illinois
- Ability to travel 10% for client meetings and industry events
