Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across Georgia using cutting-edge AI tools and strategic networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ concurrent client assignments in tech, healthcare, and logistics
- Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers at 25+ Atlanta-based partner companies
- Execute data-driven recruitment strategies using our proprietary ATS and CRM platforms
- Maintain 95% candidate placement success rate through rigorous screening and interview processes
- Leverage market intelligence to advise clients on competitive compensation trends
- Mentor junior recruiters while achieving quarterly revenue targets of $500K+
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with proven track record in Georgia's job market
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche industry platforms
- Strong understanding of Georgia's talent landscape, especially in Atlanta's tech corridor
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with documented history of closing complex placements
- Data proficiency with experience in recruitment analytics and pipeline management
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment while managing multiple high-stakes assignments
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings across Georgia
