Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across multiple industries using advanced recruitment technologies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and technical interviews
- Develop strategic sourcing plans to identify passive candidates
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize recruitment campaigns
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our ATS system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, Boolean search, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Industry knowledge in tech, healthcare, or finance preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license for client meetings
