Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates across multiple industries using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from client intake to candidate placement with ATS proficiency
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with 15+ corporate clients in Sacramento metro area
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to ensure cultural fit
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions in competitive markets
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize conversion rates weekly
- Mentor junior recruiters on compliance protocols and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency/staffing recruitment experience with proven placement track record
- Expert knowledge of Sacramento's talent landscape and industry trends
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn) with data-driven mindset
- SHRM-SCP or CTP certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with 90% client satisfaction rate
- Strong network of 500+ active candidates in Sacramento region
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent requisitions with competing deadlines
- Valid CA driver's license for client visits
