Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 clients in Raleigh-Durham market
- Develop and execute talent sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and niche job boards
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct candidate interviews, assessments, and salary negotiations
- Analyze market trends to provide data-driven hiring recommendations
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices in candidate engagement
- Drive client satisfaction through regular KPI reporting and feedback loops
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency/corporate recruitment experience in Raleigh-Durham
- Proven track record of closing 50+ placements annually
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn)
- Strong understanding of Triangle-area tech and healthcare talent pools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- SHRM-CP or CERP certification preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
