Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for diverse industries including healthcare, tech, and hospitality across the Las Vegas Valley
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 clients and emerging startups
- Leverage cutting-edge ATS tools to identify passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect candidate-job alignment

Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume recruitment experience with 3+ years in staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates in technical, clinical, and executive roles
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
- Deep understanding of Nevada labor laws and compliance requirements
