Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles including IT, healthcare, and finance
- Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines using ATS and social recruiting tools
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Build and nurture client relationships through strategic account management
- Analyze market trends to provide data-driven hiring recommendations
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices and compliance standards
- Drive agency growth through proactive business development activities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in agency or corporate settings
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs (fill rates, retention metrics)
- Expertise in candidate sourcing across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong negotiation and closing skills for high-volume placements
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CERC certification preferred
- Deep understanding of Kansas City's labor market dynamics
