Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates using advanced Boolean searches and niche job boards
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to placement for 15+ open roles
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with hiring managers at client companies
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical and executive positions
- Leverage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to optimize recruitment workflows
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate-culture fit
- Drive candidate experience through transparent communication and timely feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience with technical or healthcare focus
- Proven track record of placing 50+ candidates annually with 85%+ retention rate
- Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche sourcing platforms
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Strong negotiation skills and contract management experience
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority client relationships simultaneously
- Exceptional communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
