Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries using advanced recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client needs
- Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 and mid-market companies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights to clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS (Greenhouse) and CRM systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in agency or corporate recruitment with proven placement success
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport across all levels
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated achievement of KPIs
