- Develop strategic partnerships with 50+ Florida-based companies to understand talent needs
- Optimize recruitment processes using AI-powered sourcing tools and ATS platforms
- Mentor junior recruiters while implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies
- Analyze market trends to position candidates for premium compensation packages
Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical/staffing recruitment with proven placement track record
- Expertise in Florida's talent market with strong network of industry connections
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, and Caliber ATS
- Exceptional negotiation skills with $5M+ annual placement volume experience
- Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics and KPI reporting
