Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical competence
- Generate market intelligence and provide strategic recommendations to clients on talent acquisition
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our ATS while ensuring compliance with regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines
- Strong negotiation and closing skills for both candidate and client placements
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment CRM tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
