Responsibilities
- Source and qualify candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and finance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in Jacksonville metro area
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media for talent acquisition
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends and compensation benchmarks
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize recruitment workflows
- Drive business development through strategic networking and client retention
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong knowledge of Jacksonville's local labor market dynamics
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
