Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for high-demand roles in tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques
- Develop deep client relationships to understand organizational needs and culture alignment
- Lead interview processes, negotiations, and offer management while ensuring exceptional candidate experience
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and compensation benchmarks
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize ATS workflows for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems
- Strong network of Fort Worth-area professionals and industry connections
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client meetings
