- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates for weekend assignments across San Jose's tech and service sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for temporary and contract roles
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand evolving weekend staffing needs
- Coordinate with candidates to ensure timely arrivals and optimal job placements
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and provide weekly performance reports
- Resolve staffing issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction during weekend shifts
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools for specialized weekend roles
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience with weekend shift availability
- Proven track record in high-volume candidate sourcing and placement
- Expert knowledge of San Jose's labor market and industry trends

- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)

- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
