Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend shift positions via job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to match skills with client requirements
- Manage candidate pipelines using our modern Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client partners
- Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for weekend-shift placements
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize strategies for weekend hiring success
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional candidate experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record placing candidates in weekend shift roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and make decisive judgments
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred for diverse candidate pools
- Strong time management with ability to handle high-volume recruitment
