- Coordinate onboarding and placement logistics for night shift workers
- Maintain accurate staffing records and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless 24/7 operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing, recruitment, or HR experience
- Proven track record placing candidates in overnight/night shift roles
- Strong knowledge of Arizona labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with evening availability
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
