Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards
- Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews and technical assessments for specialized roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients across Greater Philadelphia
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including offer negotiations, onboarding support, and retention strategies
- Analyze market trends to develop innovative recruitment campaigns for hard-to-fill positions
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and staffing industry best practices
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates in IT, finance, or healthcare sectors
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn or Greenhouse
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven recruitment decisions and reporting
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for occasional client meetings
