Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries using advanced recruitment techniques
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging market intelligence and competitive analysis
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools to optimize recruitment workflows
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Maintain compliance with EEO regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment KPIs
- Expertise in sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking
- Strong knowledge of Baltimore's local job market and industry dynamics
- Certification in Staffing and Recruiting (CPSR) preferred
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and HRIS systems
