Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for diverse client portfolios across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Develop strategic talent pipelines through targeted sourcing and networking
- Conduct advanced candidate screening and technical assessments
- Manage client relationships and provide actionable market insights
- Leverage ATS systems (Greenhouse/Bullhorn) to optimize recruitment workflows
- Lead recruitment marketing initiatives including job fairs and digital campaigns
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and DOL regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency/staffing recruitment experience with proven track record
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Expertise in candidate sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills demonstrated through KPIs
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms
- Valid Texas staffing license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of San Antonio's talent market preferred
