Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure perfect-fit placements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Leverage ATS platforms and social recruiting strategies to expand talent pipelines
- Collaborate with sales team to exceed quarterly placement targets
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic talent solutions to clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruiting experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs
- Expert knowledge of Sacramento's job market and talent landscape
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- SHRM-SPC or CTS certification preferred
- Valid California driver's license for client meetings
