Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles (IT, Finance, Healthcare)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: from job posting to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS platforms for talent acquisition
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends
- Onboard new hires and ensure smooth onboarding experiences
- Meet quarterly KPIs for placements and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of Charlotte's talent market
