- Source and engage passive candidates across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Fortune 500 clients in downtown Chicago
- Develop data-driven sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean logic
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments for technical roles
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer logistics
- Collaborate with sales team to expand client partnerships
- Optimize applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record placing technical professionals (engineers, developers)
- Expertise in Chicago's talent market and industry networks
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- SHRM-CP or CER certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
- Data-driven decision-making with recruitment metrics
