Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and finance
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to onboarding
- Utilize ATS platforms and social media to build talent pipelines
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and labor regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs and placement targets
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
