Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates through advanced recruitment strategies including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 high-priority client positions simultaneously
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines for hard-to-fill roles in competitive Boston markets
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and behavioral interviews using structured methodologies
- Collaborate with clients to define role requirements and provide market insights
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency and candidate quality
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven success placing candidates in Boston's competitive tech/finance markets
- Expertise in recruitment technologies (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and ATS platforms
- Strong understanding of Boston's talent landscape and compensation benchmarks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence candidates and clients
- SHRM-SCP or CERS certification highly desirable
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license for occasional client meetings
