Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in full-time positions with Tampa-area employers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate onboarding
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems to identify top talent
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Tampa Bay's competitive job market
- Expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and interview techniques
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Valid Florida driver's license and willingness for occasional client meetings
