Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with Fortune 500 and startup clients
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean search and passive candidate engagement
- Lead interview processes and provide actionable feedback to candidates and clients
- Utilize Greenhouse and Lever ATS to track KPIs and optimize recruitment funnels
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance employer branding campaigns
Qualifications
- 5+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment across multiple industries
- Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Demonstrated ability to meet 50+ placements annually
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
