Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for permanent/placement roles in IT, Finance, and Engineering sectors
- Develop and nurture C-level relationships with 50+ corporate clients across Philadelphia metro
- Source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards
- Conduct technical/cultural interviews and present curated shortlists to hiring committees
- Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to optimize client solutions
- Maintain 95%+ candidate placement satisfaction through post-hire follow-up
- Train junior recruiters on ATS systems and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of agency/staffing recruitment experience with Philadelphia market expertise
- Proven track record placing candidates into $100K+ technical roles
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday) and advanced Boolean sourcing skills
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Deep knowledge of Philadelphia's talent ecosystem and key employers
- Data-driven approach with quarterly KPI achievement history
- Valid Pennsylvania Staffing Agency License
