Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates for full-time roles across diverse industries
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter for talent pipeline management
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in CRM platforms
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment workflows and KPIs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Kansas City's key industries
- Expertise in sourcing techniques including Boolean search and social recruiting
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close high-value placements
- Proficient in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
